Miranda Partners is pleased to announce the creation of Miranda Financial Advisory, which will be headed by Lilian Ochoa, former Senior Vice President of investment banking at Actinver Casa de Bolsa, and senior equity analyst at GBM Casa de Bolsa. Lillian will also lead the Miranda Partners’ office in Monterrey.
Miranda Financial Advisory will advise companies, investment funds, family offices, and financial advisors in identifying investment opportunities in financial markets, capital structure, and supporting public and private companies in their corporate finance. At the same time, she will be involved in several existing areas of Miranda Partners.
At Actinver, Lilian served as Senior Vice President of Advisory and M&A, supporting companies in capital markets, M&A and related activities. Prior to working in investment banking, Lillian worked as a senior equity analyst for more than 15 years at GBM and Actinver, where she gained extensive experience in different sectors, including financial, automotive, energy, petrochemical, construction, among others.
“I am excited to join Miranda Partners as head of the new Financial Advisory division. I see many opportunities to help public and private companies in corporate finance areas, as well as providing comprehensive advice on decision making in the financial markets.” said Lilian.
Miranda Financial Advisory will work together and seek synergies with Miranda Partners’ existing divisions: Miranda Investor Relations, Miranda Global Research, Miranda ESG, Miranda Media & PR, Miranda Ratings Advisory, and Miranda Digital Design.
“The addition of Lilian to the Miranda Partners family is a testament to the strength of the business the firm has built with the goal of becoming the leading Mexican financial analysis and communications firm,” said Damian Fraser, founder of Miranda Partners.
