MEXARREND RENEWS LOCAL BOND ISSUANCE PROGRAM FOR UP TO $2 BILLION PESOS

Mexico City, May 12th, 2021 – Mexarrend, a leading financial company in the Mexican market, successfully renewed its short-term and long-term local bond issuance program (“Certificados Bursátiles”) on May 7th for up to $2 billion pesos in the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (“BIVA”) with a 5-year term under the ticker “MEXAMX”.

 

Vector Casa de Bolsa is the Issuing Agent and Grupo Financiero Monex the Common Representative.

 

The program was rated “F2 (mex)” by Fitch and “HR2” by HR Ratings.

 

This renewal supports Mexarrend’s growth strategy and affirms its strong positioning in the financial market.
