Promotora de Hoteles Norte 19 Announces the Start of a Relationship with HS Hotsson Hotel Chain to Operate 5 Hotels in the “Full Service” Segment

Mexico City, January 7th, 2025 – Promotora de Hoteles Norte 19, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Norte 19” or the “Company”) (BMV: HCITY), announces that, as part of its growth strategy in hotel management services, Norte19 will begin operating five hotels of the Hotsson brand in the “Full Service” segment. They have 775 rooms in total and are located in the states of Guanajuato and Querétaro. As a result, Norte19 will operate a total of 18,169 rooms and 156 hotels.

With this Relationship, Norte19 reaffirms its growth strategy to operate multi-brand and multi-category hotels as announced in previous months. This milestone signifies a key turning point, allowing us to capitalize on market growth opportunities while reaffirming the expertise and efficiency of our Operator and hotel management systems.
