Mexico City, 20 May 2024 – Valia Energía, a portfolio company of Actis in Mexico, announced today that it will release its full year 2023 and first quarter 2024 unaudited financial results on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

The release will be followed by a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Mexico City Time (12:00 p.m. ET) on Friday, May 31, 2024, to discuss the results.
