Hoteles City Express Announces Annual Ordinary General Shareholder’s Meeting 2021

Mexico City, April 21^st, 2021 – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City Express”) (BMV: HCITY) informs investors that today, April 21^st, 2021, Hoteles City Express successfully held its annual ordinary general shareholders’ meeting, which was announced on March 23^rd, 2021 (the “Meeting”).

Likewise, we inform the shareholders of Hoteles City Express that the Meeting was installed with 65.0% (sixty-five percent) of the outstanding shares representing the equity of Hoteles City Express, and that all the items on the agenda were approved. For more information, please visit the website:
