Hoteles City Announces the Termination of the Administration and Franchise Agreement for Hotel City Express Atlixco

Mexico City, June 17^th, 2021 – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City Express”) (BMV: HCITY), announces the termination of the management and franchise agreement for the City Express Atlixco (CEATX) hotel.

Effective today, the hotel will cease to be part of the chain’s inventory and will become an independent hotel. This brings the current inventory of Hoteles City Express to 153 hotels and 17,442 rooms.
