OMA announces government action to change tariff regulation

Mexico City, Mexico, October 4, 2023—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), (“OMA”) announced that on October 4, 2023, it received a notification from the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil, “AFAC”), a decentralized entity of the Mexican Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes, “SICT”), informing that it has decided to amend with immediate effect the terms of the tariff base regulation set forth in Annex 7 of the concession agreements undertaken with the SICT on June 29, 1998, as amended, in connection with its 13 airport concessions.

OMA is currently evaluating the tariff regulation changes implemented by AFAC and the potential impact that they may have on its business, results of operation and financial condition.
