Operadora de Servicios Mega Announces the Extension of its Credit Line with Bancomext

Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, March 13th, 2023. – Operadora de Servicios Mega, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM E.R. (“Mega” or the “Company”), a leading leasing and lending company in Mexico and the United States, announced today the extension of its credit line with Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior (Bancomext) for an additional $500 million pesos for a total of $1 billion pesos. The credit line is for up to 5 years, with an interest rate from TIIE +2.11% to +2.55%, according to the terms of each drawdown.

This transaction diversifies the Company’s funding sources and reaffirms the confidence that lenders have placed in the Company. This financing will be directed to small and medium-size enterprises in Mexico.
