ERRATUM: Terrafina announces distribution payment corresponding to the Fourth Quarter of 2021

Mexico City, March 3rd, 2022 – Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV: TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, announced today that, in accordance with its Trust Agreement F/00939, the Company will pay a cash distribution to its Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (“CBFIs”) holders in the amount of Ps. 0.047339 per certificate for a total of Ps. 37,118,911.00. Additionally, Terrafina will distribute a capital refund in the amount of Ps. 0.410631 per CBFI, which equates to Ps. 321,979,275.64. These distributions add up to a total amount of Ps. 359,098,186.64 and will be distributed among a total of 784,108,367 outstanding CBFIs.
