Hoteles City Express announces the celebration of its annual shareholders’ meeting

Mexico City, April 30th, 2020 – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City Express”) (BMV: HCITY) informs investors that yesterday, April 29th, 2020, Hoteles City Express successfully held its annual ordinary general shareholders´ meeting which was announced on March 20th, 2020 (the “Meeting”).

Furthermore, investors of Hoteles City Express should know that the Meeting was installed as representatives for 61.2% (sixty-one point two percent) of the outstanding shares that compose our equity were present, and that all items on the agenda were approved.
