Hoteles City Express Announces the Celebration of its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on July 21st, 2021

Mexico City, July 21^st, 2021 – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City Express”) (BMV: HCITY), informs investors that today, July 21^st, 2021, Hoteles City Express successfully held its ordinary general shareholders’ meeting, which was announced on July 2^nd, 2021 (the “Meeting”).

Likewise, we inform the shareholders of Hoteles City Express that the Meeting was installed with 72.4% (seventy-two point four percent) of the outstanding shares representing the equity of Hoteles City Express, and that all the items on the agenda were approved.
