Hoteles City Express Announces the Mutual Agreement to Terminate the City Express Plus Chihuahua Hotel Franchise Agreement

Mexico City, August 15, 2022 – Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City Express” or “the Company”) (BMV: HCITY) announces the termination, by mutual agreement, of the City Express Plus Chihuahua (CPCUU) hotel franchise contract.

Effective today, the hotel will cease to be part of the chain’s inventory and will become an independent hotel. Reflecting this, the current inventory of Hoteles City Express is 152 hotels and 17,356 rooms.
