Hoteles City Express Announces the Opening of Hotel City Express Hermosillo Expo, Reaching 153 Hotels in Operation

Mexico City, August 3, 2020– Hoteles City Express, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Hoteles City” or “the Company”) (BMV: HCITY), announced the opening of City Express Hermosillo Expo, reaching 153 hotels in operation and more than 17,400 available rooms in 70 cities and 30 states in México, as well as Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile.

City Express Hermosillo Expo has 124 available rooms and will be operated under a management agreement. This new property is located next to one of the largest convention centers in Sonora, near companies focused on the livestock industry as well as the automotive sector. It will serve travelers with business and leisure activities in the area of Hermosillo, Sonora, and is expected to benefit directly from the commercial and industrial activity in the region.
