The administrative staff continues to work remotely and the operating staff adheres to strict safety and hygiene protocols in the manufacturing plants and in the field service operations.
All activities with stakeholders such as training, loyalty programs, continuous development programs, collaborative innovation, among others, are carried out through digital platforms. Furthermore, the committees in the different plants and the human capital team have started to train employees on the gradual return to the new normal.
Finally, on July 28th Grupo Rotoplas and Longvie signed a strategic alliance for the development of a new line of water heaters in Argentina. This alliance represents a joint innovation project that will offer high technology products at a competitive price.
