The figures presented in this report have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and are expressed in nominal million Mexican Pesos (MXN), unless otherwise stated.
Consolidated revenue totaled Ps. 3,993 million, a 25.4% growth compared to 1Q20, mainly due to increases of 116.2% and 18.3% in revenues from the logistics and technology and mobility of personnel segments, respectively.
Consolidated EBITDA1 reached Ps. 801 million, a 24.7% growth versus the same period of 2020.
EBITDA margin was 20.1%, compared to 20.2% in 1Q20.
Total cost to revenue ratio was 70.9%, a 30 basis-point reduction.
General administrative expenses grew 15.8%, as a percentage of revenue, this amounted to a 150 basis-point improvement compared to 1Q20.
Net income stood at Ps. 197 million, a 52.1% growth versus 1Q20.
Net Cash Flow from Operating Activities totaled Ps. 551 million, a 15.1% increase compared to the same period of 2020.
CapEx was Ps. 389 million in 1Q21.
Net debt to EBITDA ratio was 1.49x, compared to 1.93x in 1Q20.
Average fleet in operation was 8,431 units.2
Starting in 1Q21, TRAXIÓN now reports its Logistics and Technology segment separately, showing logistics business lines independently from cargo.
