Valia Energía Announces its Fourth Quarter 2024 Financial Results Conference Call

Mexico City, March 13, 2025 – Buffalo Energy Mexico Holdings, S.A. de C.V. (“BEMH”, “Valia”, or the “Company”), a leading private energy producer in Mexico and a portfolio company of Actis, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter 2024 unaudited financial results on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.

The release will be followed by a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Mexico City Time (12:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on Thursday, March 27, 2025, to discuss the results.
