Alsea achieves record sales of 68,831 million pesos

  • Same-Store Sales (SSS):

  • Alsea’s sales grew 28.9% for the full year and 14.4% for the fourth quarter

  • Same-Store Orders increased 22.5% in 2022 compared to 2021 and 9.5% compared to

    4Q21

  • Home-delivery sales continued their positive trend, increasing by 13.2% vs. 4Q21, reaching over 3.1 billion pesos and 12 million orders, with a 16.5% share of consolidated sales

  • EBITDA* increased 33.3% for the full year and 3.4% for the fourth quarter

  • Capital investments of 4.2 billion pesos were made during the year, with 179 corporate

    and 65 sub-franchise openings in the past twelve months

  • Cash-on-hand stood at 6.1 billion pesos at the end of 2022

  • Net Income for 2022 reached 1,576 pesos, a 100.9% increase over 2021

  • During 2022, 18.6 million shares were repurchased whose cancellation has been approved, representing 2.2% of total shares outstanding

    *Excluding IFRS 16 effects, as well as effects related to the restatement for hyperinflation in Argentina.
