Mexico City, Mexico, April 24, 2026— Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), announces that its Annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (the “Meeting”) held today, approved, among other matters, the payment of a cash dividend of Ps.4,900 million, to be paid in two installments: the first installment of Ps.2,450 million no later than May 31, 2026, and a second installment of Ps.2,450 million, no later than November 30, 2026.
Additionally, the Meeting approved the Annual Report for 2025 prepared by the Chief Executive Officer and the Audited Consolidated and Non-Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 2025; the Reports of the Presidents of the Audit Committee and the Corporate Practices, Finance, Planning and Sustainability Committee; the reelection or election of the members of the Board of Directors and its Committees; the application of results of the Company; as well as a share repurchase reserve of Ps.1,500 million and the use of up to such amount to repurchase Series B shares until the next annual shareholders’ meeting approves the 2026 results.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: OMA, NASDAQ: OMAB), informa que su Asamblea General Anual Ordinaria de Accionistas (la “Asamblea”) celebrada el día de hoy, aprobó, entre otros temas, el pago de un dividendo en efectivo a los accionistas por Ps.4,900 millones en dos exhibiciones: la primera por Ps.2,450 millones, a más tardar el 31 de mayo de 2026 y la segunda por Ps.2,450 millones a más tardar el 30 de noviembre de 2026.
Adicionalmente, los accionistas aprobaron el Informe Anual 2025 del Director General y los Estados Financieros Auditados Consolidados y no Consolidados de la Compañía por el ejercicio 2025; los Informes de los Presidentes del Comité de Auditoría y del Comité de Prácticas Societarias, Finanzas, Planeación y Sustentabilidad; la ratificación o designación de los miembros del Consejo de Administración y sus Comités de Apoyo; la aplicación de resultados de la Compañía; así como una reserva para recompra de acciones propias serie B de OMA de Ps.1,500 millones y el uso de recursos por hasta la misma cantidad, para ser utilizados para la recompra de acciones hasta que la Asamblea de Accionistas apruebe los resultados del ejercicio 2026.
