2025 HIGHLIGHTS
- In 2025, total toll revenues amounted to $4,229 million, reflecting a 5.4% year-over-year increase.
- $160 million pesos distributed in 2025 ($0.138 pesos per certificate; 0.72% Dividend Yield), bringing cumulative distributions since issuance to $2,419 million pesos.
2025 MAIN STRATEGIC ACTIVITIES
- In June 2025, FEXI21 acquired a 51% stake (81.31% of CIBSA’s share capital) in the Salamanca–León Highway concession, strengthening portfolio scale and long-term value creation.
- In April 2025, a $2,800 million pesos private debt placement with PGIM refinanced syndicated debt under improved terms, positioning FEXI21 as the first Fibra E in Mexico to access international private debt markets.
- Secured an approximately $5,100 million pesos credit facility from Goldman Sachs to finance the strategic acquisition of the Salamanca–León Highway.
