Payment of capital reimbursement to shareholders

Grupo Rotoplas, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AGUA*) (“Rotoplas” or “The Company”), the leading provider of water-solutions in the Americas, announces that the payment of the capital reimbursement to the Company’s shareholders approved in the General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held last April 29^th, was carried out today.

The Company paid $0.45 (forty-five cents) in cash per share, which implied a total disbursement of $215 million pesos.
